I have been giving my chickens this calcium for a little while now. I use the mash for my feed and that has worked really well for my flock, so at first i didn't notice a difference. But then we had a strong wind storm and it knocked my hen house over. Of course the eggs were all over the ground and not one cracked!!! We've also noticed the yolks in our eggs are stronger too.
Peppy shell has been amazing for my chicks! Their eggs have been much much harder than before to where if we drop them by accident they don't crack.
The eggs have also increased in size a little too and our hens seem to be healthier as well!
