We guarantee the freshness and quality of our feed products for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. We accept returns of products based on the following defects:
You, the buyer, accept the inherent risk associated with purchasing and storing large quantities of perishable products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your item(s) purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery of that product. Products that were delivered more than 30 days prior to your request for a refund are not considered defective and are not eligible for a refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Leland Milling Co, Inc. may or may not make any efforts to recover the defective product. Efforts to recover defective products will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Our ability to collect the defective product will have no bearing on the eligibility of that product for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Leland Milling Co, Inc. makes no guarantees that the items purchased will meet the customer's expectations in terms of appearance, texture, consistency, effectiveness, or other qualities which are considered to be the subjective satisfaction of the customer. Complaints which are related to the subjective satisfaction of the customer, and which are not associated with applicable defects as described in this policy are not eligible for refund or return.
Leland Milling Co, Inc. makes reasonable attempts to educate customers about the safety of our products, and where applicable includes warnings about the potential harm that some products may cause when fed to animal species for which the product was not designed or intended for use. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that there are are no such applicable warnings associated with their desired products, and the customer accepts that if the product purchased is restricted to use only by certain species or can otherwise cause potential harm to unapproved species, thereby rendering the product unusable to the customer, the product is not eligible in this case for a return or refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like those which are not manufactured by Leland Milling Co, Inc, but which we offer for sale through our various sales channels. These include items produced by third party manufacturers. We make no guarantees as to the quality, freshness, and durability of items which are not manufactured at our facilities.
