20% Winter Layer Blend

After only 4 days of feeding this my hens egg production has already picked up to ‘summer’ laying. They slowed down quite a bit, so I decided to try this. I will definitely feed this in winters from now on.

I have been going to Leland Mills for years, and they will continue to be my go to! High quality food makes for healthy happy horses and chickens!

For the winter our chickens stopped laying eggs. We decided, after trying other remedies, that the feed we were buying was at fault. We researched and ended up trying Leland Mills winter blend. After a week of the winter blend our chickens started laying again. Now they are back up to normal production. The box store feed we were buying didn’t give our birds the nutrients they needed. So far, Leland Mills feed has given them the nutrients they need so we will continue to buy from Leland Mill. Thanks for using USA grown grains.

We purchased the winter layer blend for our chickens recently. They absolutely love it. We also loved the smell of the feed. While driving back from the mill the car smelled wonderful.

Delivery driver was awesome..
I've noticed my birds eat the seed and pellet parts but they are leaving the mash part.
Can you pellet the mash part?
I don't like the fact that they waste the mash part. I have chickens and peafowl.

They are always on time. Chickens love their food and are still laying with it being cold out.

The winter mix is an awesome mix for the girls. Even I was amazed at the smell of whatever is in it, thanks as always Leland!! 🫶🐔🦖

I have to say, I’m absolutely impressed with this feed. My 10 girls were laying 2-3 eggs per day (with artificial light) starting this winter and a week after starting this feed, I’m getting 6-7 daily. This is winter and I am not using artificial light right now. I feed them table scraps, this feed and fresh water. Thank you Leland Mills for saving the day!
